Is there a fixed move in/move out day?

No. Subject to availability, you can book your stay for whatever dates you wish.

What are the check in/check out times?

Normally check-in will be after 3pm and check-out by 11am. However, these times may be flexible depending on circumstances.

Is there a minimum stay?

Yes, this is normally one week but shorter stays of five or six days may be available-please enquire.

Is there a maximum stay?

No, we will endeavour to accommodate you for whatever period you wish, no matter how long.

Is there a fixed tariff?

No. The rate per week will depend on the property, the length of stay and the number of people staying.

What does the weekly rate include?

The weekly rate includes all utilities (except the telephone), also a change of linen & towels for guests staying longer periods and all associated taxes.

Is a deposit required?

The deposit secures the reservation and is a bond against any damage. This will normally be returned within 7 days of leaving the property.

What payment methods are accepted?

Cash, bank transfer, travellers cheques and PayPal. PayPal charges are payable by you, we don’t accept credit cards.

Is the rate negotiable for longer stays?

Yes, we will usually be able to offer reduced rates for stays of longer than four weeks.

Are there any terms and conditions?

Yes. These are very straight forward and are available on our Terms page on this website.

What do I need to make a reservation?

Once we have confirmed availability, you need to pay a deposit to secure the reservation. Subject to the length of the booking, the rent will usually need to be paid prior to arrival.

What happens if I need to extend my stay?

We will do our best to accommodate you either at the same property or in one of our other suitable alternative properties nearby, subject to availability.

Is there a phone in the property?

No as we find most guests prefer to use their mobile phone.

Is there WiFi and internet access?

Yes there is and it is included in the weekly rate.

Are sheets and towels provided?

Yes and these are changed weekly for guests staying longer periods.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is at least one on-site parking space at every property.

Can an extra bed be accommodated?

Yes at most properties, subject to a small additional weekly charge.

Are cots and high chairs available?

We have a cot & high chair available for use by guests.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately pets are not allowed in any of our properties.

Are your properties non-smoking?

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all of our properties.
